Like other animals he needed food , which he obtained by hunting or by gathering vegetables , roots & fruits. perhaps the most important moment in the history of man was when he stopped hunting animals and began to stay in one place in order to grow crops. when people ramain in one place a different civilization can began to grow , villages and then towns and cities develop.
